Bristol is a great city with lots to offer – and it's all a short distance from The Greenhosue b&b.
Visit the award-winning SS Great Britain – a five minute walk away, or the Tobacco Factory with its theatre, great cafe/bar and Sunday farmers' market.
Stroll to the Harbourside and take in Clifton's colour-washed houses and Brunel's dramatic suspension bridge.
Hot-air ballons drift over the city in summer and during the Bristol Balloon Fiesta balloons often pass over our garden during breakfast! Be sure to bring your camera.
Bristol and the surrounding area has a wealth of concert venues, museums, a zoo, fabulous cafes and restaurants, National Trust properties and an impressive calendar of events.
Make the most of your stay by taking a look at what's coming up...
As the UK's first 'Cycling City', Bristol has excellent cycle paths and routes. Why not cycle here and store your bicycle safely in the our bike shed? The off-road cycle routes at nearby Ashton Court and 50 Acre Wood offer great facilities and competitions for off-road cycling, with two new tracks in 2011. And yes, the Greenhouse has a hose to clean up your bike (and yourself) and rear, secure access for ease and bike security.
